AJP the full form in tax code for income is artificial judicial Person. The term refers to entities or groups which aren't individuals however are recognized by law as having rights under the law. They have the rights to possess property to owe the debt of others, sign contracts and also be involved in lawsuits. In this scenario AJPs are not recognized under The Income Tax Act or in "persons" such as individuals family members, corporations, or even individuals.
